Parent’s Educational Fund<\/h3>\n

One of our school’s services is to provide you with all further exercise books, colouring pads, exercise books, folders etc. in order to minimise obligations and purchases.<\/p>\n

We also ensure the uniformity of the materials, which will help your children. Also the logbooks, art books, or spare stationery in case your child forgets them (and this happens quite often!) will be provided by school.<\/p>\n

At state schools, these things are paid for by the parents. At WMIS we take on this task for you, but in return we expect you to pay 100 Euros into the Parent\u2019s Education Fund every school year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, in the budgeting process, the Senate does not recognize that as
an international school with native English classes, we incur higher costs for
workbooks and materials than at a normal Berlin school. The education budget
supports the school in closing the gap between the money made available to
the school by the Senate Department for teaching and learning materials and
what is realistically needed.<\/p>\n
